Heartland Mental Health is a community mental health center in Denver, Colorado. Located in the Capitol Hill area, we offer adults effective and personalized mental health treatment options at a small clinic where we are passionate about meeting you where you're at.

Our team of mental health providers can help you manage mental health symptoms when you need it most – even if that means providing long-term support.  

At the Heartland Clinic, we provide person-centered outpatient services which include individual counseling, medication management, optional group and recreational activities, and peer support.

Insurance Information

Medicaid (Health First Colorado)
We accept Colorado Access Medicaid for adults living in Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas counties.

At this time, we are not able to accept all Medicaid plans.

If you have a different Medicaid plan, we recommend contacting your plan directly to find participating providers in your area.
